His work encompasses educational, instructional, commercial, music video, comedy and dramatic genres.

Winner of a prime time Emmy award for the episodic series “Fame” he has also worked as an Associate Producer, most recently for 90 episodes of “Anger Management”, the Charlie Sheen sitcom that aired on FX.

In addition to his extensive editing experience he was the co-founder of Matchframe Video, a successful post production facility for the 18 years that he served as the Chief Executive.

He was also President of Runway, Inc. a post production rental services company for 4 years. He has pioneered workflow solutions and solved complex technical issues while continuing to edit a wide variety of projects as both a creative and finishing editor.

In our interview, Howard tells us the secrets used on Anger Management to complete 90 shows in the time that a regular sitcom does half that amount. The program used a cutting edge workflow that reduced the time needed to turn around dailies from a day to mere minutes.
